C 1970s German Bisque Head Composite Body 14 Tall Doll. Provenance; the previous owner was a 93 year old female, who was an avid collector of dolls and miniatures. This bisque head, composite body German doll is from that part of the collection. During inspection and photographic process, I was able to date the item to approximately 1970s. Unfortunately, I have not been able to decipher the identification marks located on the posterior portion of the head/neck. The doll has strung composite body with bisque porcelain head. The artwork is hand-drawn. The strings are fairly tight. Few spots of abrasion on the composite body were observed. There is a brownish dark spot on the right side of the head region. There is no damag but simply artist rendition of a dark area in hair? I have enclosed various photographs and would ask that you review them for condition and measurement details.
