Her beautiful, lavender, silk dress is a vintage reproduction of an antique doll dress. Underneath is an antique slip with lace trim. She wears cute, pink, vintage doll shoes. (She has no panties). She has a fully jointed wood and composition body. She is marked Simon & Halbig, and under that reads, K & R, with a 6 pointed star surrounding the ampersand. At the bottom of her neck, under the torso is the number 50. I love the combination of her dark hair and pale lavender dress. She’s a stunner and would be a lovely addition to your collection! Condition: This girl has no cracks or hairlines on her head, but she does have some wig pulls – areas where the glue from the wig pulled flakes off her bisque head, giving it a slightly pitted effect (on one side of her head near the top and covered by her wig). All fingers are present. Hands have light wear. Some paint loss at the top of her leg where it meets the hip joint. She has a tiny fleabite to her wooden wrist (hardly noticeable).
