Gorgeous Antique 15 German Simon Halbig Kammer Reinhardt Doll. Head is free of cracks, hairlines, or repairs. Her brown eyes sleep well and have original waxed lids. Noteworthy is the stylized W on her upper forehead. Earrings appear to be original and no chipping at the ear holes. Tiniest area of a color skip on the left cheek that can be seen when magnifying pictures. This stunning doll wears an early homespun pale pink cotton dress with a vintage apron, early full cotton slip and petticoat/bloomers. She sports non-matching oilcloth shoes over vintage stockings. The vintage bonnet is simple and matches the apron. Cute full brown mohair wig fits her well and maintains a few original waves and curls. Her original finish, jointed composition body is very clean and recently restrung. Note that she still has the red lines between her toes. There is a shoulder joint that has come lose and alas, she is missing the end of her left index finger. This cabinet size beauty has no odors and comes from my smoke free home.
