It has the original human hair pate but is missing a good amount of hair. Outfit looks original but unfortunately is in rough shape with moth holes. I couldn’t get the top garment off without cutting it. Body appears to be in pretty good shape with some minor crazing and chipping. Missing some wax on her sleep eyelids. I do not see any cracks or hairlines to the head. A few missing flesh glaze spots on the side and back of the head. I took good pictures so you can get an idea if the overall condition.
