Absolutely breathtaking doll by Kestner, Germany. She is approximately 14 tall. Bisque head, composition body. Marked on the back of her head – see photo. Sleepy eyes mechanism is working. Face painting is well preserved but there are some rubbed paint areas to her chin and cheeks. Her wig seems to be an original; glued to her cemented pate. Open mouth with upper teeth. Composition body is original as well; stamped on the back Germany – see photo. Body is in a good condition considering dolls age. She is wearing a beautiful vintage or antique outfit consisting of pantaloons , underskirt, dress, stockings and shoes. Stockings and shoes are most likely vintage or new. All of her clothes might have some minor stains and/or holes. Matching straw bonnet decorated with flowers.
