This listing is for a Gorgeous Antique 10 A/O Kestner 143 German Bisque Head Doll with Wardrobe. Not only is she a desirable mold among collectors, she is also a desirable cabinet size of 10. The doll is marked “Made in Germany 143″ as shown. She has blue glass sleep eyes in their original set, working perfectly, and very nice original lid wax. L She retains her sweet 2 upper teeth. Her original body is excellant condition with original finish. It still retains the red lined fingers and toes. She is well strung and will hold a pose without a stand. There is a tiny wig pull high up on the crown. Her left eyebrow has a pin prick spot where paint was missed in the making. I have had this doll for 10 years and never noticed it until taking pictures and magnification. Thus, being mentioned for accuracy. She will come to you with the following. Original blonde wefted wig with plaster pate still attached. She needs a hat with this wig, or wig could be re-wefted. Vintage and beautiful Turqouise straw bonnet with flowers and ribbon ties shown in the photos. Replaced longer blonde antique mohair wig with a detached plaster pate. This wig is not full, but suits her. Antique blue, red and white print dress. Antique white cotton dress she is wearing in photos. Vintage or antique white slip and bloomers shown in the photos. Antique ecru lace dress with original ribbon tie. Wear to the tie but it will still close and tie the dress. Antique ecru dress with blue lined bodice and newer blue bow. This dress may be original to the doll. Antique ecru cotton and flannel slip. This slip goes with the above dress and may be original to the doll. Antique brown shoes with pom poms on the toes. Shoes are marked “1” on the sole. Antique dark brown leather shoes with replaced buttons. These have wear but may be original to the doll. Antique pink knit short socks and a pair of crocheted socks that I made for her. THE TRUNK SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS DOES NOT COME WITH HER AND IS NOT FOR SALE.
