Here I have for you a beauty! She is a Cuno Otto Dressel doll. This girl has been dressed up in very high fashion and looks lovely. She has a bisque socket head with blue paperweight eyes. Her body is kid with an attached bisque shoulder plate. The kid body has me a bit stumped, as it looks to have been partially restored with old kid leather gloves. Her lower legs have most certainly been replaced and not quite how you would expect, they are cloth and loosely stuffed compared to the rest of her body. Her kid arms are very stiff, I believe she just needs to have some replacements to her and she’ll be fantastic. There is a slight leak, but I was unable to locate any tear, so it is quite possibly somewhere in the joints. She stands about 22 tall and was found in an enclosed display cabinet was displayed in a clean non smoking environment and never played with.
