For a period of time, Simon Halbig made the heads for Franz Schmidt and this doll’s bisque head was made by Simon and Halbig. She has brown sleep eyes, orange lips and rosy cheeks. Her arms legs and body are composition. Her socks and shoes are molded and painted on. Her wig is original and her pate is inside her wig. Her brown mohair wig is braided in the back and twisted into a knot. Her ethnic clothes are all original – navy blue and beige polka dot top, navy and beige plaid apron, and brown skirt – all made from cotton. She has a very sweet, delicate face and if you like dolls in original clothes and wig, this dolls for you! Condition: Bisque head is in good condition with no chips or cracks.
