This is a wonderful doll by a very famous doll maker and has that Café au Lait complexion. She is a true angel with her antique angel wings. There are a ton of wig hairs in the photos. They are not cracks and with her full wig, hard to control. This lovely doll is a Simon & Halbig. Please peruse the photos as they are a huge part of my description. This doll is approximately 18 tall. She has a lovely quality of brown bisque, brown glass fixed eyes, and an open mouth with teeth. Perfect head, no cracks or repairs, see lighted head photos. There is a rub on her nose & one cheek, some chipping around her knees. Hands may have a repaint again, please peruse all of the photos. Stringing is wonderful and she can hold any post. She is dressed in a wonderful lace dress that is vintage. It is a little snug around her waist. Her wig still has the tag on it. Socks and shoes included, shoes adorable with pom-poms. Long white socks, older underpants, and her fabulous wings that are antique/vintage with amazing real feathers. On straw like backing. She wears an antique/vintage floral veiled head wreath. She is totally display ready. This is a beautiful doll looking for a new wonderful home:- I will miss her but it is time. Her head will be packed and diapered. She will be wrapped In bubble wrap plus she will be insured:-The starting price does not reflect what I feel is the value of this doll. It is merely a starting point. Except for a few dolls including this one. Remember, this is an antique doll so she will not be perfect. Perfect dolls are new and not played with.
