Precious and very hard-to-find , 10 1/2″ long, antique bisque socket head, model called “crooked smile , laughing character baby with an open/closed mouth with upper and lower teeth and tongue, beautiful blue intaglio, side-glancing eyes with highlights and molded eye sockets. He has deeply molded and painted, curly hair with top curls and is incised on the back of his neck: Heubach in a square 81 91 Germany. He was made by the German firm of Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912, and measures 10 1/2 long on original German-made, composition baby body with bent limbs, excellent finger and toe detail and original painted finish. He is wearing his original antique baby gown and matching undies and is in excellent condition with no damages or repairs, no hairlines or chips, no stains or odors as he is from a smoke free home. He’s a wonderful cabinet size or perfect for a larger dolly to hold. Other character baby dolls, toys and accessories shown are not included and each listed separately.
