Nice 23 Cuno & Otto Dressel bisque head, incised on back: Made in Germany (cross) 1912-4, has deep blue glass sleep eyes with long natural lashes, painted upper & lower lashes, accented eyes & nostrils, an open mouth showing four upper teeth, blushed cheeks, head has no cracks, chips or hairlines, has lovely coloring. She wears a dark brown synthetic wig styled with all around long curls and fluffy front bangs. The wood & composition jointed body shows normal wear with some crazing, hands and fingers are nice and retain most accent lines. Toes retain red accent lines, have a small chip area at outside of left foot, stringing is loose and she should be re-strung. She wears a very nice custom made outfit, dress top labeled: Specially Fashioned by Doris, consisting of a two piece cotton burgundy stripe print dress with pleated skirt and white pique lace trimmed collar and white belt, white cotton dickey, white lace trimmed petticoat, and matching bloomers. She also wears her original white cotton gauze dress that is trimmed in white lace, white knit stockings & white tie-front’leather’ shoes. More pictures available on request.
