ANTIQUE MAX HANDWERCK DOLL. Very cute Max Handwerck doll, this one is the popular Bébé Elite their best known doll. She is a lovely example with a well painted character face. This bisque head of this lovely doll is in good condition and is free from hairline cracks. She has large blue sleep weighted eyes and an open mouth showing tiny teeth and tongue. Her tongue unfortunately appears to have a crack. She is rather loose and her head wobbles about. Her body is the original stamped elite on her back, it is in good condition. Her feet and hands show cracks as do her shoulders. Someone has gone to a great deal of trouble to create her an elaborate peach outfit lavishly trimmed with lace. She has no bloomers, socks or shoes. She is one of quite a large collection of dolls I will be listing over the next few days.
